Veteran Compensation Claims
Initial Consultation – $250
This 60-minute appointment includes a comprehensive review of all medical records provided by the veteran. We assess service treatment records and any current private or VA records to identify which conditions may be claimed as:
- Direct service-connected
- Secondary to existing service-connected conditions
- Aggravated by a service-connected condition
This consultation is ideal for veterans looking to build a strong foundation for their disability claim.
Nexus Statement – $250 per condition
A detailed medical opinion based on a thorough review of the veteran’s medical records. This statement is written to establish a clear medical connection between a chronic health condition and military service or to another service-connected condition.
One rework is provided at no additional charge if needed. Additional revisions following a VA denial may incur an additional fee.
Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) – $250 per condition
An in-office examination focused on a specific chronic health condition, followed by completion of the corresponding VA DBQ form in accordance with VA rating criteria. This form is designed to provide clear, objective documentation of your condition to support your claim.
Standalone Medical Records Review – $450
For veterans who are unsure of what to claim or who are not yet ready for an exam, this service includes a comprehensive review of service treatment and private medical records. Our expert analysis can help identify conditions that may qualify for service connection. No examination or DBQ is included with this service.
